Katie Baker joined ABBTECH in 2007 with over 10 years of Human Resources, Recruiting and Project Management experience. Katie is an alumni of the University of Pittsburgh. Her professional experiences include working in both the Commercial and Federal Government environments.
Katie will work directly with the Account Managers, Recruiting Staff and Clients to determine staffing needs with a consultative approach. Her experience and tenure in the industry allows her to provide clients with highest level of HR knowledge and customer service.
Richard McKee, National Account Manager
Richard joined ABBTECH in 2010 offering more than 12 years of professional sales experience in providing specialized IT and engineering staffing solutions. This includes directing recruiting efforts, analyzing staffing augmentation needs as well as offering the benefits of outsourcing the staffing requirements of human resources.
Richard will direct the business development efforts in the greater Hampton Roads area in establishing relationships with commercial businesses, the Federal Government and Government contractors. He will also advance ABBTECH's customer focused approach in acquiring unique talent, streamlining placement activities and expediting challenging business requirements. Richard is alumni of Old Dominion University and a member of the Hampton Roads Technology Council.
