Acadia Insurance Employees First in U.S. to Award Mindful Employer Designation to Their Company

WESTBROOK, Maine, Nov. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Acadia Insurance, a Berkley Company, has become the first organization to receive the Mindful Employer Designation, which is an honor awarded by Acadia employees via the Mindful Employer organization and is based on their stringent standards for achieving this recognition.
This designation signifies commitment to cultivating purposeful work, leadership engagement, and wellbeing for all. It is awarded based on results from an anonymous employee survey developed and administered by Mindful Employer.
