Acano Named One of Six Most Impactful Technologies at Enterprise Connect 2015

LONDON and NEW YORK, March 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Acano today announced it has been selected as a finalist for Enterprise Connect Orlando 2015's 'Best of Enterprise Connect' Award, which recognizes significant technological advancements in enterprise communications and collaboration. Acano Open, which unites previously incompatible audio, video and web technologies, was chosen as one of the six most impactful technologies that will be shown at Enterprise Connect.

The award presentation for the Best of Enterprise Connect winner will take place on the Keynote stage on Wednesday, March 18 at 9:00 am.

Dr. Jan Nielsen, VP of Products for Acano, will participate in a panel entitled, "Will Middleware Solve the Interoperability Problem" on Monday, March 16. This panel will explore interoperability in a multi-vendor environment and the role communications integration middleware can play.

Mark Blake, CTO of Acano, will participate in a panel entitled, "WebRTC for Enterprise Video: Does it Really Matter" on Thursday, March 19. This panel will discuss the development of WebRTC over the past three years, key learnings and its impact on Unified Communications in the future.
