Acceler8 Business Advisors Expands to Provide Tax and Accounting Services

TEMPE, Ariz., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Tempe, Ariz-based Acceler8 llc is expanding its small business advisory services through a merger that now has Acceler8 and the CPA practices of Michael A. Johnston CPA PC and Terry Gilbreath CPA PC operating as one company.

Mr. Andreassen founded Acceler8 llc in 2005 and will serve as Managing Partner, Business Advisory Services. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and advisor to a number of emerging and start-up ventures and has held senior executive positions with a number of companies. He is an Assistant Professor at Western International University and a Certified Exit Planner with experience in providing exit planning services to business owners.

Michael A. Johnston, CPA, MBA, CVA will serve as Managing Partner, Financial Services. He has been the managing partner of Michael A. Johnston, CPA PC, a full service accounting firm, and has practiced as a CPA for more than 20 years. He has extensive background in public accounting, corporate tax preparation and business valuations. Mr. Johnston is a Certified Valuation Analyst providing a full range of business valuation services and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Terry Gilbreath, CPA was managing partner of Terry Gilbreath, CPA PC, and has been a CPA for 35 years; he operated a full service accounting firm since 1992. Terry's background includes extensive experience in "Big Five" public accounting, construction, manufacturing, real estate and service related industries. He is a member of the Arizona Builders Alliance, Arizona State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
