Accredited Members Holding Corporation Announces $600,000 Managed Fee Services Agreement With Malemark, Inc.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Accredited Members Holding Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: ACCM) has signed a new managed fee service agreement with Malemark, Inc. to provide a full range of senior management services including financial reporting, accounting and investor relations, among others.  This $600,000 annual services contract ($50,000 per month) provides a shared cost structure approach that benefits both companies.
