Steve Holtkamp brings to the role a distinguished track record of executive leadership, most recently serving as Accruit's Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Managing Director. Since joining Accruit in 2020 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Holtkamp has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and expanding the company's market reach. In 2024, his responsibilities shifted as he assumed the Chief Revenue Officer position, overseeing Business Development and Marketing, and spearheading initiatives to accelerate Accruit's rapid growth.

Steve is involved in industry advocacy, including lobbying to protect 1031 exchanges and serving as Treasurer on the FEA Board.
