AccuShares™ Receives Patent Approval for Revolutionary ETF Design

NEW YORK, Aug. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- AccuShares Holdings LLC ("AccuShares") announced today that is has been granted a third U.S. patent for its revolutionary exchange-traded fund ("ETF") design. The AccuShares patents, which include U.S. patent numbers 8,732,070, 8,630,935 and 8,538,860, provide important solutions for a number of long-standing problems and challenges in the ETF markets.

Taken together, the three patents provide a technology framework to address the accuracy of investor returns over multiple market periods, the transparency of ETF operations and the index tracking difficulties that have affected ETF performance in the past.
