AccuTec Blades Announces First-Ever FIME Annual Conference Participation
Virginia-based Company Celebrates with Daily Amazon Echo Dot Drawings
VERONA, Va., Aug. 4, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AccuTec Blades, Inc. announces its inaugural participation in the Florida International Medical Expo (FIME) 2017, the largest medical trade fair across the Americas. AccuTec will feature its Personna® and GEM® single edge blades, Personna® Plus microtome blades, DermaBlade®, DermaGard®, and Gem Runner™ products.
"FIME offers an opportunity to showcase AccuTec's cleanroom-ready blades and bladed instruments," says Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Larry Baab. Visitors to AccuTec's Booth B B31 can enter for a chance in the daily drawings for an Amazon Echo Dot. "Our inaugural appearance at FIME is a chance for us to reconnect with colleagues in the medical world and to showcase our legacy and newest products," says Baab.
AccuTec's latest innovation is Gem Runner, the only reloadable pop-up single edge blade dispenser on the market. "Gem Runner accommodates GEM®2, GEM®3, and Personna blades in cleanroom-ready packaging," says Baab. "When loaded with a cartridge of washed blades, there is less risk of foreign material transfer."
In addition, AccuTec will be demonstrating the DermaBlade Shave Biopsy Instrument—now packaged in a new PET wrapper—, a blade featured in the classic textbook Dermatologic and Cosmetic Procedures in Office Practice. FIME takes place August 8 – 10 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Over 22,000 medical and healthcare professionals are expected to attend.
