DALLAS, Jan. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ACE Cash Express, Inc., a leading retailer of financial services, announces the promotion of Ted Eades to Chief Operating Officer and RB Ramsey to Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
Douglas Lindsay, ACE's former Chief Operating Officer, is relocating to his hometown of Atlanta, Georgia with his family to pursue a new opportunity.

Mr. Eades has been with ACE for 9 years and most recently served as ACE's Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. During his tenure, Mr. Eades has also been responsible for running ACE's eCommerce operations. In his new role, Mr. Eades will be responsible for all operations – retail storefront and eCommerce. Mr. Eades has his law degree and MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Ramsey joined ACE in July 2011 as Senior Counsel and was promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in March 2013. Mr. Ramsey's extensive legal knowledge and expertise in the field of financial services made him the ideal candidate to serve as ACE's General Counsel. Prior to joining ACE, Mr. Ramsey was a Corporate Associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP for 8 years.
