(NASDAQ: ACFN) an energy technology holding company, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a dividend of $0.035 per share to be paid on June 1, 2012 to common stockholders of record on May 15, 2012. The dividend is a continuation of Acorn Energy's policy to pay a regular quarterly per share dividend of $.035 per quarter.
