Acorn International Announces Changes to the Board of Directors
SHANGHAI, July 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Acorn International, Inc. (NYSE: ATV) ("Acorn" or the "Company") today announced the resignation of two directors, David Naphtali and Cosimo Borelli, for personal reasons effective July 17, 2017.
"I'd like to thank Mr. Naphtali and Mr. Borelli for their contributions to the board over the last few years. Their expertise as professional fiduciaries was invaluable in guiding the Company through a particularly tumultuous time," said Mr. Jacob A. Fisch, President of Acorn.
