VANCOUVER, Sept. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Acrex Ventures Ltd. (TSXV: AKV) (PINK SHEETS: AXVEF) today announced that it has retained the services of Aim Capital Corporation, d/b/a Barry Kaplan Associates ("BKA"), of Fair Haven, New Jersey, a company which is arm's length to the Company, to enhance financial market relations in the United States. BKA has agreed to assist Acrex Ventures by preparing background documentation regarding the company and arranging for investor and media presentations, with monthly meetings to increase awareness of Acrex Ventures in the financial marketplace.

BKA is owned by Barry Kaplan. Mr. Kaplan and BKA have been providing investor relations services to publicly traded companies for more than 30 years.

The agreement is for an initial term of three months, starting September 1, 2010 - which will renew automatically for additional three-month terms unless either the Company or BKA elect to terminate it. The Company is paying BKA:

    (a) $6,000 (US) per month; and
    (b) a one time payment of $2,500 (US) for the preparation of a
        comprehensive background report on the Company which will then be
        used by BKA in its work for the Company.

In addition, BKA has been granted options to purchase 100,000 shares of the Company at $0.10 per share.

As the agreement does not have a finite term the Company cannot estimate the total costs to it of the agreement with BKA.
