(OTC Pink: APII) is pleased to announce that it has submitted notification to FINRA regarding a potential name change and related trading symbol change.  Action Products International will announce its new symbol and name once accepted by FINRA.

Action Products International is the parent company of two subsidiaries:  Core Wafer Systems, Inc. and North East Expedite Logistics.

Core Wafer Systems, Inc., is a technology leader with a proprietary parallel measurement schema for the evaluation of physical phenomena in semiconductor devices and processes.
