Shareholders approved the resolutions proposed in the AGM notice, including the re-election of Class I directors Mr. Nan-Horng Yeh, Mr. Chin-Hsin (Fred) Chen and Mr. I-Ming (Robin) Pan to serve on the Company's Board of Directors for a 3-year term, and the adoption of the amended and restated 2007 Equity Performance and Incentive Plan
