(OTCBB: AHFD), the maker of "Active X" 100% Organic "CERTIFIED", 100% Natural, Kosher and Vegan "CERTIFIED" Energy Bars announces that their Board of Directors has approved resolutions to seek consent from a majority of its shareholders to acquire Manos Beverages, Inc., a privately held beverage wholesaler located in Riverside, California that has extensive years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry and produces a beverage product called "All Natural Flavors" specifically created with the focus on Health and Wellness and a GOOD FOR YOU, BETTER FOR YOU healthy life style.

Manos Beverages, Inc. has recorded sales of approximately twenty five (25) million dollars ($25,000,000.00) since its inception. Manos Beverages has signed a national sales and marketing agreement with F&M Merchant Group, LLC, an Independent Sales, Marketing, and Consulting firm focused on Distribution and Sales to Grocery, Drug, Convenience, and Club Warehouse outlets across the United States with members of their team strategically located throughout the country uniquely positioned to launch the company's product lines and establishing a strong base line.
