
Ad Industry Execs Launch Ayni Brigade, Mission-Driven, Military Veteran-Leveraged Marketing Services Firm with Offices in New York, and Dallas
NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Three ad industry executives, with collectively more than 90 years in the business, have joined forces to launch Ayni Brigade - a unique digital and experiential marketing services company. The company will be co-headquartered in New York City and Dallas with a mission to help people and brands realize their full potential by leveraging the discipline, talent and integrity of military veterans in creating truly inspired brand experiences.
The announcement was made by Mark Russell, co-founder and CEO; Brian Hollyfield, co-founder and COO; and Sherry Russell, co-founder and VP, Creative. Mr. Russell and Ms. Russell will be based at Ayni Brigade offices in New York City; Mr. Hollyfield, himself a retired Marine Corps officer, will be based at Ayni Brigade's co-headquarters in Dallas.

Not only is Mr. Hollyfield a Marine, he enjoyed a long and rewarding career in advertising, rising to top management positions in some of the largest and most respected agencies in the world, and serving as COO in his last two jobs at JWT and Atmosphere BBDO.
Mr. Russell has spent the better part of 25 years playing the role of planner and strategist at his own agencies, and then another five years at EMA after combining with them in 2008. Ms. Russell has provided world-class solutions to clients over a similar timeframe.
But Messrs. Russell and Hollyfield and Ms. Russell aren't relying on just their own experience.
