(OTC Bulletin Board: ADSY), a leading service provider of digital media and video communications for all major cable TV networks, announced today it has signed and will install its proprietary, patent pending cable TV ad insertion technology with the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH. This contract appoints Ad Systems Communications, Inc. as the exclusive cable advertising sales company for the university's cable TV system. This cable TV system serves over 25,000 students throughout the campus, including all on campus student housing units.  In addition, this system also serves over 5,000 beds in surrounding hospitals.
