Adam & Eve Concludes Another Generous Year of Giving

HILLSBOROUGH, N.C., March 5, 2012  /PRNewswire/ -- In 2011, a year in which many companies were still struggling financially, Adam & Eve, (www.adameve.com/news) America's most trusted source for adult products, donated close to $75,000 to a number of charitable organizations.

Along with Adam & Eve's donations to the Chapel Hill Breast Cancer Foundation, Relay for Life, American Heart Association, Duke Homecare and Hospice, and Orange and Alamance County Social Services, Adam & Eve rounded out the year with fundraisers for a number of local organizations.

Along with corporate contributions, Adam & Eve employees helped too. A large portion of the $75,000 was raised by employees of Adam & Eve at various fundraisers through the year. Also, since the company matches contributions raised or given by employees, their efforts were doubled. Donations were given to non-profit groups spanning from international and national, to locally-based.

In addition to financial contributions, employees continued to donate their time and efforts to a number of local causes. Many employees participate in community service projects like Meals on Wheels, Adopt a Highway, blood drives, and animal rescue.
