Waugh brings more than 20 years of experience working in digital product development roles in both small and large organizations with expertise in advanced design, model-based definition and composite design for manufacturing. Most recently he was part of the Engineering Transformation team at Sikorsky Aircraft, focused on the company-wide implementation of CATIA and ENOVIA for the production of military and commercial helicopters.

Kevin has 20 years of experience in digital product development across a variety of industry settings, from small businesses to large OEMs. For the last 12 years at Sikorsky Aircraft he provided support and methodology for the usage of CATIA and ENOVIA within the enterprise user base and collaborative supply chain for multiple aircraft programs.
His subject matter expertise includes advanced shape styling, model-based definition, and composite design for manufacturing. He is an active volunteer member of COE, the Community of Experts for Dassault Systémes, serving on the product definition and academic committees. Additionally he is an adjunct professor teaching Engineering Graphics to graduating seniors at the university level.
