SAN ANTONIO, July 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- ADB International Group, Inc. (OTCQB:ADBI), a distributor of advanced water treatment systems, announced today that the Company has published the following letter to shareholders.

ADB International Group has taken significant strides over the past several months to successfully transition from a Company involved in water desalination to a distributor of advanced commercial and municipal water treatment systems and products manufactured by companies that are well-established in the water treatment industry.

The water treatment products we distribute are in tremendous demand across the world, in both developed and developing nations, to provide solutions for purifying polluted water as well as sewage.  We firmly believe that the growing demand for advanced water treatment technologies presents substantial business development opportunities for ADBI.

Since re-focusing its efforts on water treatment systems and products, the Company has been involved business and product research, securing marketing and distribution agreements, and preparing a comprehensive business and operating plan.

In addition, the Company has bolstered its management team and sales force in order to fulfill the Company's revised business plan and recently appointed Shahar Ginsberg, an ambitious  and experienced entrepreneur, as CEO and CFO.

The Company is also pleased to announce the signing of two significant marketing and distribution agreements with Treatec21 and GreenEng, two companies already having a major presence in the hi-tech water treatment product industry. 

Treatec21's advanced water treatment and wastewater purification products are fully commercial in Israel, Europe and China.  ADB International has been appointed by Treatec21 to distribute Treatec21's products in Australia and New Zealand, and has retained an already established sales representative for these countries.

GreenEng's Ozone-based water treatment solutions are quickly becoming a preferable alternative to chemical-based water treatment and ADB International has been appointed as distributor of these products in the United States.

ADB International has appointed Itai Weisberg, GreenEng's CEO, to serve as the Company's chief marketing consultant, to assist the Company in the commercialization of GreenEng's ozone-based products in the US market.
