Addicting Drama for Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami

NEW YORK, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Jackie Cruz, who made headlines after making out with Kourtney Kardashian, released a new hit single "Like a Drug" on last night's episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.  With the current hostility and ongoing arguments between Kourtney and Scott Disick, Kourtney's boyfriend and father to her son, Mason, it's no surprise that Kourtney wanted to make Scott jealous by connecting with old friend, Jackie Cruz, to get Scott's attention.    

Kourtney knew the only person that could ever make Scott jealous was Jackie after the two were caught on tape sharing an intimate kiss at a club nearly a year ago. By putting the incident with Jackie aside, Kourtney was determined to re-unite with Jackie, who was at the time on tour for her music. Coincidently, Jackie had an acoustic show booked at The Balans in South Beach Miami, not far from where Kourtney lived.

At The Balans, Jackie debuted her new hit song, "Like a Drug", which can be heard on iTunes. After her performance, the two socialites caught up on each others' lives and plotted on how to make Scott jealous of the relationship between Kourtney and Jackie. They arranged the apartment to look like a romantic setting with champagne, strawberries and the two of them in the hot tub having the time of their lives. They perfectly planned the ideal set up, which left Scott completely in shock and later made jokes over the situation.

Aside from Jackie's guilty pleasure of creating a new thrill and heated topic for the show, she spends her time working hard on her music. "Hanging out with Kourtney and being on the show is fun, but my music career is a top priority," says Jackie. "It's through my experience being on the show and surrounding myself with all the interesting people I meet every day that gives me the ideas and motivation to create my music."

A native to The Big Apple, yet grew up in Los Angeles, the Dominican Republic and Miami, Jackie has gotten a taste of every culture that is caught in the public eye and is clearly no stranger to the entertainment industry after being on the show for the second season. Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami can only help Jackie's career from here on out.  With the release of her single in addition to further upcoming hits off her album Hollywood Gypsy, there is no doubt her music will soon be heard everywhere.
