Adecoagro Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering by Selling Shareholders

LUXEMBOURG, March 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Adecoagro SA (NYSE: AGRO), one of the leading agricultural companies in South America, announced today the pricing of an underwritten secondary offering of 12,000,000 common shares offered by Quantum Partners LP and Geosor Corporation at a price per share to the public of $11.70. The selling shareholders have granted the underwriter the right to purchase up to 1,800,000 additional common shares. The underwriter can exercise this right once at any time within 30 days after March 21, 2016.

Adecoagro will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale by the selling shareholders of the common shares in this offering.

The shares were offered pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3 that has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
