Traffic figures were verified by comScore, Inc., a leading source for digital business analytics. AdExcite, a video ad network, attributed the growth to an 80% increase in its number of partner web publishers since December 2011. The company added 145 partners in the first quarter of 2012.
The company now represents 325 web publishers who work with AdExcite to monetize their traffic by adding video advertisements to their sites.
