Scott Knoll Takes Over To Drive Innovation and Growth

NEW YORK, May 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- AdSafe Media, (, the rating standard for online media today appointed Scott Knoll as its new Chief Executive Officer. Knoll takes over management of the privately owned company during a time of rapid growth.

Knoll brings a solid combination of management experience, media sales, and technological savvy with a history of innovation to AdSafe Media.

Mr. Knoll most recently served as Founder and President of Aperture, a Datran Media company that provides audience targeting and measurement technology to blue chip brands, agencies and online publishers. Prior to joining Datran Media, Knoll, was CEO of BlackFoot, a digital advertising solutions company.  He also spent 6 years as a senior executive at DoubleClick, directing the launch and development of the DoubleClick ad network in nine countries, including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and Korea.

Mr. Knoll also served as Managing Director of DoubleClick Asia Pacific and Vice President and General Manager of Global Marketer Solutions. Previously he co-founded and served as COO of Verified Person, and has held management roles at Time Warner Inc. and Andersen Consulting. Mr. Knoll holds an MBA degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.
