Advanced Authoring Announces Launch of New Mobile Money-Management Game

CHAPEL HILL, N.C., April 12, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Advanced Authoring, LLC announced today that it is preparing to launch a pivotal new mobile game focused on personal finance and money management. The game, "The American Dream (Real Money/Life101)," allows players operating in a simulated environment to engage in a trial run of money management over the course of a lifetime. "The American Dream" is targeted primarily at high school and college students as they prepare for college and career. Budgeting, crisis aversion and changing economic climates are just a few of the issues users must face when deciding how to manage their funds. Finally, a "Happiness" measurement tool allows users to gauge their own successes while simultaneously comparing them with those of their peers. The game is highly personalized as players make decisions for which there are benefits and/or repercussions. The esthetics of the game's interface change based on how well a player is doing -- just like in life, if you make better financial decisions, game elements become nicer looking.

"This game will be an invaluable tool for students as well as for individuals who may find they have problems managing their funds. Any donation, regardless of size, will help." Donors of smaller amounts will receive limited edition "American Dream" memorabilia items as a thank you gift. In addition, they can participate in beta testing and vote on the game's features and appearance. Larger donations will receive thank you gifts of greater value that reflect the intentions of the game. Top-tier donors can even become characters in the game.
