Additionally, the Company continues its efforts to expand the patent portfolio with the Continuation-In- Part application before the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO"). The application filed in May, 2011 relates to electronic speech recognition and transcription; and, more particularly, to processes and systems for facilitating "free form" dictation, including directed dictation, constrained recognition and /or structured transcription among users having heterogeneous system protocols.
