SAN DIEGO, Sept. 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The SoCal Author Academy, a division of "Adventures by the Book," is pleased to launch its new "Dinner Series for Authors" which will not only be hosted at the Real Office Centers (ROC) location in downtown San Diego, but will feature ROC's very own founder, Ron McElroy, as the first guest speaker.

The brand new monthly "Dinner Series for Authors" program aims to expand the SoCal Author Academy, which was founded last year to provide support, mentorship, workshops, continuing education, and networking opportunities for all Southern California authors and aims to create an all inclusive opportunity for emerging authors as well as seasoned literary savants. 

This one and only type of author forum in the San Diego region will provide unlimited resources, networking opportunities and various types of education, provide ongoing mentorship, host monthly events and support further philanthropic endeavors that support literature and literacy.
