Buy great value wines throughout the year
As soon as the latest vintages are available from your vineyards, 3D will write to you with the tasting notes. All the wines are available at members' prices (less than the cellar door price). There is no obligation to buy, but if you choose to, there are usually three options to obtain your wines: collect them directly from your vineyard, collect them at 3D's wine store in Calais, or have them delivered to your door. Throughout the year there is also the opportunity to try other wines from 3D's seasonal wine lists, limited edition wine offers and via the Partners' exclusive online shop.
Visit your vineyards
If you choose to visit your vineyards, the 3D team will help organise your visits and book recommended hotels and gîtes. In some locations, there are even options to stay at the vineyard, or join a tailor-made 3D event in the region.

Truffle Hunting in the Rhône Valley 20th - 23rd February
The Bouchards invite a small group of Partners on a very special weekend at Domaine des Grands Devers in the northern extremes of the Côtes du Rhône to embark on a hunt for the elusive black truffle. As well as learning how to find them, the weekend includes a visit to the largest truffle market in Provence and a tasting of the Bouchard's wines over a fabulous truffle themed dinner. Also visit the Saurel family at Montirius; 3D's fascinating biodynamic vineyard that produces exclusive Gigondas and Vacqueyras wines.
London Wine Tasting, St James's 16th April & 3rd December
A Taste of Burgundy 11th - 14th June
Based in the historic walled town of Beaune, the weekend starts with dinner in the Caves de l'Abbaye in Beaune along with some of 3D's local winemakers. Visit Tonnellerie François Frères the famous barrel makers and afterwards enjoy free time and lunch in Beaune before meeting up with 3D's Trophy Medal-winning vigneron, Vincent Désertaux, for a tasting in his Meursault vineyard followed by a visit to his domaine. The highlight on Saturday will be the tour, tasting and picnic amongst the vines with Jean-Michel and Christine Jacob at their domaine in the pretty hamlet of Échevronne.
Bordeaux Uncorked 3rd - 6th July
Staying in Blaye at the impressive Château Pontet d'Eyrans, you start the weekend dining in the pre-Revolution salle à manger at Château Monconseil-Gazin. Saturday visit St-Émilion with its attractive limestone houses and cobbled streets. Meet 3D's St-Émilion Grand Cru domaine, Château Cardinal Villemaurine, and enjoy lunch with the winemaker before spending some free time in St-Émilion. Sunday visit 3D's Trophy-winning Margaux producers at Château Mongravey; with a detour via some of the famous left-bank châteaux.
Loire Bourgueil & Anjou Experience 16th - 19th July
The Loire Valley, the 'Garden of France' has intrinsic beauty in its natural landscape and many fine châteaux, churches and monasteries. Staying in the beautiful medieval town of Montreuil-Bellay, the weekend includes lunch in the extraordinary cellars at La Jarnoterie, St-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil and a tasting with 3D's Trophy-winning Saumur winemakers. Saturday visit the charming George Bureau at Domaine de Salvert and have lunch with George and his delicious wines at Les Caves de la Genevraie, a restaurant hewn from a troglodyte cave.
Champagne Blending Workshop 18th July
A unique experience of learning how to become a chef de Cave producing your own special blend of champagne, under the guidance of Pierre Fresne at Champagne Fresne Ducret. After your experience enjoy a delicious four course lunch cooked by the equally talented Daniella Fresne.
Sancerre Foire aux Vins & Picnic 29th - 31st August
Stay at Le Panoramic hotel with an eagle's eye view of the famous vineyards. Dine at the Michelin-starred Restaurant La Tour, visit the wine fair in the old mushroom caves, visit Maison des Sancerre and enjoy a tour and five course 'picnic' lunch with the charming Riffaults at our Sancerre vineyard, Domaine du Carroir Perrin.

A Taste of Tuscany 30th October - 2nd November
Stay in the beautiful apartments of the Relais Reserva di Fizzano, owned by 3D winemakers at Rocca delle Macìe. Throughout the weekend taste an array of the succulent Chiantis on offer from all three 3D Tuscan vineyards. Learn not only the art of Italian winemaking but also how they produce their delicious olive oils too, as the olive harvest will hopefully be imminent. A must for lovers of all things Italian.
Cave Ouverte, Champagne 14th November
3D's much-loved mini French fair at the award-winning Maison Lenique in Épernay. Their atmospheric cellars are cleared to make way for many 3D vignerons who come from all corners of France. So too, do artisanal producers of food, jewellery and pottery. This is a great day out with a chance to meet vignerons aplenty.
3D Wines - inspiration behind its creation
Formed in 1992 (and first established as a quirky membership club to 'rent a row of vines'), it started as a hobby, and many of its first partner vineyards were those discovered during numerous visits to France over the years by the owners. Personal friendships with these winemakers, and the fun gained visiting their vineyards, enabled the company which is now 3D Wines to create its pioneering business. Today, with 20 years' experience, it has built up its selection of vineyards and wines with great care to offer members memorable experiences and good value, award-winning wines. With an excellent reputation as a French wine specialist, it concentrates on small, family producers in some of the best appellations of France.
