Neustar Customers Averted Losses and Collected Revenues Exceeding $300 Million
ROCKVILLE, Md., June 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Agilis International, a global provider of Customer and Operational Analytics, today announced that its revenue assurance solution offered through Neustar continues to avert losses and increase collected revenue for Neustar customers. Neustar a trusted, neutral provider of real-time information and analysis, offers components of the Agilis platform as a managed service, with customers achieving more than $300M in benefits over the last two years.
Utilizing the Agilis platform, Neustar provides analytics that help Communications Service Providers (CSPs) manage opportunity and risk throughout the customer lifecycle of their subscribers, while delivering greater margin visibility on their operations.
In 2012, Neustar customers created and analyzed nearly 1.5 million customer cases, resulting in customers averting losses of $100 million.
