Agility Health Enters El Paso Market Through Strategic Partnership With Border Therapy Services

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich., May 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Agility Health, a leading provider of physical rehabilitation and software services that benefit patients, healthcare providers and employers, today announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with Border Therapy Services, a leading provider of physical therapy services in the greater El Paso, Texas area.  Agility Health's latest partnership involves all three Border Therapy Services locations and advances the Company's strategy to extend its multi-state group of partnered and owned clinics.  Financial terms were not disclosed.

Border Therapy Services is a well established outpatient provider in the El Paso community, providing an array of patient services with a particular focus on sports performance rehabilitation and training.  Agility Health plans to help Border expand its business and client offering through Agility's state-of-the-art clinical management technology and infrastructure support, which includes administrative, marketing and recruitment capabilities, as well as financial resources to help support future growth.
