Guest 360, a next-generation property management system, offers a revolutionary approach to property management and is designed to give hotels a competitive advantage.
The Guest 360 solution is the industry's first full-function property management system built from the ground up to utilize Services-Oriented Architecture (SOA), which provides a highly scalable and flexible solution for hotels and resorts of all sizes as well as multi-property operations. The open database and cross-platform solution takes an entirely new approach to inventory, using the same attributes-based criteria hoteliers use to sell rooms, such as 'view', 'bed type', 'room class' and 'smoking/nonsmoking.' Another key differentiator of the Guest 360 solution is an improved security process. While it has the ability to use Active Directory for user set-up efficiency, it also allows internal audit and security staff to authorize access to users and user roles at the field level.
The Guest 360 property management system also features a centralized repository for guest profiles called Guest Hub, which contains guest history, itineraries, interests and preferences. The system's intuitive features move beyond traditional property management to help hoteliers exceed guest expectations by tracking preferences from visit to visit and hotel to hotel.
With the addition of the Guest 360 solution, Agilysys offers three property management systems, each customized for a particular market segment. The Lodging Management System® (LMS) is well-suited for large-scale hotel and gaming properties; the Visual One™ property management system is designed for full-service resorts and hotels as well as tribal and regional casinos; and now, the Guest 360 solution is available for hotel chains and multi-property hotel groups.
