For the fifth consecutive year, Aimco was recognized for having the greatest number of multifamily apartment communities that have earned NAHMA's "Communities of Quality" (COQ) certification for excellence in affordable property management, customer service, and physical appearance. The award was formally present to Aimco at a recent NAHMA event in Washington, D.C.
