BEIJING, April 21, 2011 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Air China and China Telecom signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on April 19 in Beijing, marking the establishment of a multi-faceted strategic partnership and an important step in deepening cooperation in the information technology industry.
