APPLETON, Wis., June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation today announced it has promoted Mark Niebauer to the position of director of systems operation control (SOC) reporting directly to Managing Director of SOC and Crew Resources, Jeff Joy. In his new role, Niebauer will assume leadership responsibility of the Dispatch group, where he will be responsible for daily operational control for all decisions relevant to the US Airways Express operations.

Since joining Air Wisconsin in 1977 as a customer service agent in Elkhart, Indiana, Niebauer has assumed increasing responsibility in the positions of dispatcher, dispatch coordinator, dispatch supervisor, and most recently, SOC duty manager in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Niebauer earned a dispatcher's certificate from Sheffield School of Aeronautics in Miami, Florida.
