The Club at SJC at San Jose International Airport was named Global Best Attitude & Service from Lounge Staff, and The Club at ATL at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport was Highly Commended in the North American Lounge category.
The prestigious Lounge of the Year Awards recognize individual excellence and investment in customer experience within the Priority Pass lounge network. This year, more than 100,000 votes were cast by Priority Pass members, making it the highest volume of votes since the awards began in 2004. Members vote on a set of criteria covering overall lounge quality, including amenities, staff, business facilities and ambience.
