Heximer has over twenty years experience in remote telecommunications businesses encompassing design, construction and maintenance of both onshore and offshore networks utilizing fiber and wireless transmission mediums. An accomplished business manager with a strong work ethic and proven abilities, he has served in executive staff roles as Senior Director at Stratos and most recently as Vice President of Global Data Systems, Inc.
