Throughout his software industry career, Jack has also held professional services delivery and account management leadership roles focused on improving client satisfaction. Some of these experiences were EVP/Chief Operating Officer for AQS, SVP of Business Operations for Allenbrook, Vice President Professional Services/General Manager for The Leverage Group, and Chief Operating Officer for Vernon Publishing.
