Scrum is an Agile framework for completing complex projects, specifically software projects.

Prior to Rally Software, Atlas was a Senior Development Manager at Amazon.com where he managed the development of Amazon S3, the first component of Amazon's modern cloud computing offering and winner of a 2005 CODiE Award for Best Web Services Solution. Atlas also held senior product management and engineering positions with RealNetworks; Eloquent, Inc; Avid Technology; Sarrus Software; ICL, Inc.; Open Software Foundation; MASSCOMP and AT&T Bell Laboratories.
