HOUSTON, Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Alan Schnur, Co-Founder of Hot Ocean Properties, a Houston Residential Property Management Firm, was recently Honored by Houston Mayor Parker and City Council for his company's commitment to providing affordable, quality housing for Houston families.
Hot Ocean Properties contributed their services in helping nine Houston families relocate from the Crestmont Village apartment complex. Council Member Wanda Adams and her staff have been trying to find other places for the residents to live before the complex faces the possibility of being placed on a list for condemnation.
Mr. Schnur stated, "Everyone needs a place to call Home," when asked about his company's role in the relocation of Crestmont Village residents.
Dave Anderson, Co-Founder and partner in Hot Ocean Properties said, "Although landlords are in business to make a profit, it's still a people business and I'm happy we can provide a Win-Win-Win situation for our clients, the city and these families."
Hot Ocean Properties manages over 2000 units and 400 houses; the principals and founders, Dave Anderson and Alan Schnur make up one of the larger private owners of real estate in the Houston and Los Angeles MSAs. They have a diverse range of holdings and management assignments including single family, multifamily, fractured subdivision and condo projects, and HOA management.
