Prime Psychiatry to Continue Its Growth as Part of Beacon Behavioral Partners

NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Albaron Partners, LP ("Albaron"), a middle-market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of Prime Wellness LLC d/b/a Prime Psychiatry ("Prime Psychiatry"), a Texas-based leader in outpatient and interventional psychiatry services, to Beacon Behavioral Partners ("Beacon").

In 2022, Albaron partnered with Dr. Efosa Airuehia, founder of Prime Psychiatry, to grow the practice into a regional leader in outpatient and interventional psychiatric care. As part of Beacon's national behavioral health platform, Prime Psychiatry will expand its established Texas presence, positioning both companies for their next phase of growth.
