Alden Suites Receives MLT Vacations 2012 Quality Assurance Award

ST. PETE BEACH, Fla., Oct. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- St. Pete Beach Resort, Alden Suites, received the 2012 MLT Vacations Quality Assurance Award presented at MLT University in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Saturday, September 22, 2012.

For the 2012 award, results were measured against the experiences of more than 1.3 million customers who traveled with AirFrance Holidays, Alitalia Vacations, United Vacations, Aeromexico Vacations, and Worry-Free Vacations from the U.S. and Canada.

Out of the more than 3,500 hotels offered by MLT Vacations globally, only 254 qualified to receive the MLT Vacations Quality Assurance Award designation for 2012. Qualifying criteria included a less than a 1% complaint ratio and 100 minimum bookings during the June-May evaluation period.
