She serves as a leader for legal strategy in a wide variety of class actions and mass torts. Scurlock Award for Outstanding Legal Services to the Poor in 2011.

Greer has deep roots in Texas, as a great-great-great granddaughter of Sam Houston, the first president of the Republic of Texas.
