BOLINGBROOK, Ill. and HARRISBURG, Pa,, Oct. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- ALG Worldwide Logistics and Clark Distribution Systems announced today the creation of a core-market strategic alliance.  This alliance utilizes the management and distribution expertise of both organizations to create a logistics and distribution solution for the print-media sector unmatched in the industry.  This alliance will allow printers, letter-shops, publishers, catalogers and advertising / production management companies to single-source the purchasing and management of newsstand and subscription distribution, destination entry, co-mailing, co-palletization and commingling services as well as international transportation services.  All services will be offered and operated through strategically located consolidation and distribution facilities, with a combined management and operational team onsite at each location.  The first of the combined locations will be in the Harrisburg, PA and Romeoville, IL super-centers, with immediate expansion planned in Nashville, TN and Dallas, TX.
