Aliansce Shopping Centers Concludes Leadership Transition
Rafael Sales will be the new CEO and Renato Rique the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
RIO DE JANEIRO, July 2, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Aliansce Shopping Centers (B3: ALSC3) today announced that the Board of Directors appointed Rafael Sales as the Company's new CEO, in succession of its founder and current CEO, Renato Rique, who will assume the office of Executive Chairman of Aliansce's Board of Directors.
Rafael Sales' appointment as CEO concludes Aliansce's leadership succession plan, which started in May 2017. A partner and portfolio manager at Constellation Asset Management for over ten years before becoming an executive at Aliansce, Mr. Sales was concurrently an Independent Member of Aliansce's Board for three years.
