NEW YORK, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- All Global, the world's leading global healthcare data collection agency, today announced the launch of new physician panels in Russia and Poland.  These panels currently represent thousands of physicians across 12 high-demand specialties such as Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Psychiatry, Endocrinology and General Practice.  Further specialties are being added to provide expanded reach in Eastern Europe.
