MARLTON, N.J., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRO) announced that on January 6, 2010 it has filed its annual Form 10K for the period ending September 30, 2008 and is moving forward to bring APRO current as soon as possible.
"This has been a particularly challenging audit to complete for a number of reasons," Goldberg said. "However, we have worked through all the difficult issues and anticipate that the remaining time period to be audited will proceed smoothly." Goldberg continued, "The filing of the aforementioned 10KSB, and subsequent filings to follow shortly, will allow Allegiant to apply for re-listing on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC: BB), a regulated quotation service for fully reporting companies. Allegiant common shares currently trade on the National Quotation Bureau Electronic Pink Sheets."
Goldberg added, "Being current in our required filings will assist us in pursuing key acquisitions and strategic alliances currently targeted by Allegiant, and allow our shareholders to have the opportunity to follow the Company more closely, since the OTC BB is carefully monitored by all major financial sites on the Internet and elsewhere."
