MARLTON, N.J., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc. (Pink Sheets: APRO) announced that on January 6, 2010 it has filed its annual Form 10K for the period ending September 30, 2008 and is moving forward to bring APRO current as soon as possible.  

"This has been a particularly challenging audit to complete for a number of reasons," Goldberg said. "However, we have worked through all the difficult issues and anticipate that the remaining time period to be audited will proceed smoothly."  Goldberg continued, "The filing of the aforementioned 10KSB, and subsequent filings to follow shortly, will allow Allegiant to apply for re-listing on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC: BB), a regulated quotation service for fully reporting companies.  Allegiant common shares currently trade on the National Quotation Bureau Electronic Pink Sheets."
