(OTCQB: ALLM) today announced that the Company has selected New York City-based Porter, LeVay & Rose, Inc. (PLR) as its Firm of Record for investor relations services supporting the Company's key growth initiatives.
PLR will support the Company as it continues to identify accredited investors for the purchase of a bioethanol plant in Southeast Florida and expansion of the Company's cellulose to sugar (CTS) production capacity. PLR will seek to generate interest from investors in the Company's Regulation D (506(c)) offering and guide Alliance Bio-Product's communications, providing capital market strategies.
