Alliance Creative Group (ACGX) Snap Graphics Division has Become the Printer for Cricket Communications for Its Midwest Region

CHICAGO, Sept. 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Creative Group, Inc. (http://www.AllianceCreativeGroup.com) (Stock Symbol: ACGX.pk) is pleased to announce that its Snap Graphics Division (http://www.SnapGraphics.com) has become the primary printer for Cricket Communications for its Midwest region.  The printing services include store banners, flyer promotions, yard signs, business cards, posters, marketing materials and other misc items as needed.  Snap Graphics has been working with the company on its current promotions and marketing materials and is being introduced to some of its other business partners as well.

CEO of the Alliance Creative Group, Paul Sorkin, said, "The 3rd quarter for 2011 is shaping up to be another very positive quarter for us; our early estimates for Q3 '11 show an increase of over 20% in revenues for the quarter compared to Q3 2010 and an increase of over 100% for net income for the quarter compared to Q3 2010.  The Company is doing very well with solid revenues and profits but unfortunately the stock hasn't responded as well so we are going to take actions to help try and improve long-term shareholder value and continue to evaluate all other options to position the company for future growth.  We are currently taking steps to help improve our overall balance sheet and hopefully increase our stock price by negotiating with our current note holders to amend or restructure their notes.  We are also preparing the paperwork to get the company to current status on the OTC markets.  We hope to complete both projects in about 30 days and will release a future PR to confirm the details."
