NEW YORK, June 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance Distributors Holding Inc. (Pink Sheets: ADTR), a distributor, developer and publisher of interactive video games and gaming products, announced today that it is changing its corporate name to Alliance Media Holdings Inc. The company's common stock will continue to be listed on the OTC marketplace under the ticker symbol ADTR.
