NEW YORK, Dec. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Alliance New York Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: AYN), a registered closed‑end investment company, today announced earnings for the Fund's fourth fiscal quarter ended October 31, 2014.

Total net assets of the Fund* on October 31, 2014 were $111,713,957, as compared with $109,564,070 on July 31, 2014 and $106,245,500 on October 31, 2013. On October 31, 2014, the net asset value per share of common stock was $14.66 based on 4,836,261 shares of common stock outstanding.
